1. Who we are
SnapSharp (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells the SnapSharp knife sharpening system. Our registered office is at Jana Olbrachta 112, 01-373, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: support@snapsharp.eu.
2. Agreement to these terms
By placing an order on snapsharp.eu you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
3. Products and orders
We make every effort to display accurate product information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example due to pricing errors or stock issues). You will be notified and refunded if this happens.
4. Payments
Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Shipping place
We ship from Poland.
6. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Polish public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
7. Shipping Times (after dispatch):
European Union: Approximately 5-8 business days
United States: Approximately 10-13 business days
Other international destinations: Typically 7–14 business days (exact time depends on your location and carrier)
8. Shipping Costs
Full costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and (if approved) geolocation. We use reliable international carriers.
9. Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
10. International Orders & Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, you may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local authorities. These fees are not included in the price displayed at checkout.
11. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at [teodor@snapsharp.eu] with photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
12. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (EU consumer right). The product must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
In addition, we offer a lifetime guarantee on the SnapSharp product itself: if it breaks, wears out, or fails to deliver a sharp edge under normal use, we will replace it free of charge.

13. Product warranty / lifetime guarantee
SnapSharp comes with our lifetime guarantee as described above. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, product design) belongs to SnapSharp or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapSharp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory EU consumer rights).
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
